In 2004 China with the charitable status of an organization founds
"The African Child Soldiers and War Victims Charity" (Deutscher Förderverein Hilfe für ehemalige Kindersoldaten und afrikanische Kriegsofpfer e.V.),
with its donation receipts she wants to erect a center for the reintegration of former child soldiers/orphans in Rwanda.
